A Small Business Owner’s Journey: How Leader Funding and Collaboration Transformed Our Work

In the day-to-day life of a small business owner, one’s perspective can easily become narrow—which is precisely why an outside perspective can be invaluable. We have been running a development project to strengthen our company’s B2B marketing, and during this journey we have experienced how diverse perspectives can open up entirely new opportunities.

We have collaborated with Saana Nieminen, and the work has been everything we hoped for—effective, concrete, and results-oriented. During the project, we have taken an in-depth look at our company’s unique selling points, how to highlight them, and how to clarify our brand. At the same time, we have built a marketing strategy and laid the groundwork for systematic new customer acquisition.

The results have been quick to show. We now have a much clearer picture of what we should focus on and where we’re headed. It’s been great to see how bold experiments and new ways of working have immediately yielded concrete results and sales.

Special thanks go to Saana, who truly understands the perspective of a small business owner and knows how to adapt development strategies to suit the company’s size and resources.

We have received business development support for the project from the Ykkösakseli Leader action group. “Co-financed by the European Union”
